1.0 Shipping Policy

1.1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has been shipped.

1.2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your orders are calculated and displayed at checkout. We occasionally offer promotions and shipping takes between 2 to 17days; please check our FAQ Page for details on shipping.

  • Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to high volume or logistics service issues.

1.3. Drop Shipping
Some products offered on our website are fulfilled through trusted international suppliers and marketplaces, including Amazon, eBay, and AliExpress, via our drop-shipping network. Customers are notified when an order will be sourced through this fulfillment method.

For international orders, customs duties, taxes, import levies, and other regulatory charges may be imposed by the destination country. Any such fees are the sole responsibility of the recipient and must be paid directly to the relevant authorities or logistics provider where applicable.

1.4. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Lorynt is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods, and contact the shipment carrier directly to file a claim. If the order is not shipped using a logistic company, Lorynt will bear the full cost of the damage or loss.

 

2.0 Returns Policy

2.1. Returns Window
We accept most returns within 7 days of the delivery date. To be eligible, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging with all tags attached.

2.2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items (e.g., intimate apparel, beauty products, and perishable goods) are final sale and cannot be returned. Sale items are also non-refundable.

2.3. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, simply follow these steps:

  1. Reply to your original order confirmation email or contact our support team at support@lorynt.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
  2. Once approved, you will receive instructions on where to send the item.
  3. We recommend using a trackable courier service, as Lorynt is not responsible for lost return packages.

2.4. Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund request. If approved, the refund will be processed and credited to the original payment method used for the purchase. Where this is not possible, the refund may be issued to an account provided by customer bearing the same name as the customer who placed the order.

Refunds are typically processed within 2 to 10 business days following approval. Please note that original shipping and delivery charges are non-refundable.

2.5. Valid Reasons for Refunds

For Lorynt.com, a refund request is generally considered valid if it falls into one of these categories:

  • Wrong item delivered
  • Damaged or defective products
  • Missing items
  • Orders not delivered within the maximum delivery period
  • Orders cancelled before shipment

2.6. Invalid Reasons for Refunds

For Lorynt.com, a refund request is generally considered invalid if it falls into one of these categories:

  • Incorrect address supplied by the customer
  • Failure to pick up a package
  • Normal wear and tears
  • Change of mind after delivery (except where required by law)
