You can physically pick up your order from either of the following locations:

Alternatively, you may send your own dispatch rider to pick up the order and make payment after confirming the items and verifying the pictures sent to you.

Partial payment on delivery is also available. In this case, you will be required to pay 3,000 for the delivery fee upfront and complete the balance payment before the dispatch rider releases the goods.

• You are required to make full payment, after which your order will be dispatched through Jumia Delivery Services or EMS Speedpost. A tracking link will be provided to enable you monitor the package until delivery. Please note that delivery timelines range from 2 to 9 working days, depending on your location.
• For Cash on Delivery arrangements, a commitment fee is required before dispatch. The item will be sent through Jumia Delivery Logistics, and collection can only be made after the outstanding balance has been fully paid to their agent before collection.
